Let's call this checklist "ERV pre-installation." Under description, we'll just note that the checklist is about prepping the area of work for the ERV installation. We can further assign this checklist to a specific company. In this case, we'll select our mechanical subcontractor. We'll give it a medium priority and specify that it is a work list. Once I add the checklist, it will be generated in BIM 360 Field. Now, I can add specific checklist items by selecting the add symbol. Let's start with item 001. The text for this item will be "Ensure the 12-inch curb is constructed properly for the ERV." We'll provide the dimensions and mention that the crews should refer to the installation operation maintenance document. I'll assign this item to the mechanical company again and I can also assign a specification reference if needed. The response type for this item will be "yes, no, or not available."
